All approved payouts are processed within 24 working hours.
Working hours:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (business hours)
The payout timer starts only after:
Your reward request is approved
All eligibility checks are completed
No rule violations or reviews are pending
Delayed Payouts & Compensation
If NSF fails to process your approved payout within 24 working hours, you are entitled to compensation under our guarantee:
$1,500 compensation credited to you
Full refund of your challenge fee
This guarantee exists to hold us accountable and protect traders who follow the rules.
