How Does the KYC Process Work?
NSF uses its own secure in-house KYC verification platform to confirm trader identity. The process typically includes:
Submitting Identity Verification Documents
A valid government-issued ID such as a passport, driver’s license, or national ID card.
Providing Proof of Address
A recent utility bill or bank statement (issued within the last 3 months) showing your name and residential address.
Identity Confirmation
You may be asked to complete an identity confirmation step to ensure the documents submitted belong to you.
How Long Does Verification Take?
Most verifications are completed within a short period of time once documents are submitted.
In some cases, verification may take up to 5 business days, depending on document quality or if additional review is required.
What If There’s an Issue with My Verification?
If your verification is delayed or requires additional information, you will be notified directly through the NSF platform.
If you need assistance, you can contact NSF support, and our team will help resolve the issue.
Why Is KYC Required?
To ensure compliance with AML (anti-money laundering) regulations.

When Do I Need to Complete KYC?
KYC is required only after you pass the evaluation.
Verification must be completed before your funded account can be activated.
